Missing Traveling During the Pandemic...

Updated: Jul 7, 2020

A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to travel to Sayulita, Mexico to study for my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I've traveled a bit in my life, but this was the longest I had stayed in any one place (three weeks!) and I really enjoyed getting to know it a little better.

🖤

It was an epic and beautiful experience that I often look back and reflect on. I'm still paying down credit cards from the experience, but who cares? You can always make more money! No regrets here, ever. I miss traveling. The world has been changing in such a crazy and unprecedented way. It's difficult to know just how and when the travel world will recover.

🖤

I do know that it will, and the world will heal, and I know that this particular pandemic will pass, and ultimately be written in our history books. That is the wonderful truth about most challenges-- they pass.

🖤

For now we can enjoy the memories, and reminisce on past experiences, but we can also look forward to, and plan for future experiences... because there's nothing like being cooped up for 3 months to give a human some serious wanderlust, and I plan on taking advantage of every possible experience in the future!!!

🖤

Where are you dreaming of visiting when the world opens up?
