Natural Solutions for A.D.D.

I've struggled with focusing issues for most of my life. I believe that with all of the frenetic energy, and many contemporary distractions, what we call A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. are occurring in more people than ever! In this new, awesome, renaissance #bossbabe chick universe we're all trying to succeed in, I'm sure you can relate to having a million hobbies, social commitments, meetings, and I'm sure some of you may be in school as well. I have had a lifelong problem with taking on way too many things at once, and then failing to finish any of them. When I was 19, I was a very depressed, overweight, diabetic mess (so fun, right?). I thought it would be a good idea to try Adderall in addition to the Wellbutrin I was already taking, and yeah man, it works...because it's a crazy drug. The side effects freaked me out too much over time, and when I started transitioning to a more natural lifestyle I started researching more organic solutions. I may have finally found a 'stack' that works!!! -MCT Oil + Morning Coffee

- Green Tea

- Korean Ginseng

- Rhodiola Rosea

It sounds like a lot, but I think anything is better than Adderall. I'm in a few different distance learning programs right now, and I can actually study!

At home! During a pandemic! Definitely consult your doctor before supplementing if you're worried about any risks!

I always recommend supplementing naturally when you can. Also, focusing is hard.
